How long does shipping take?
Orders ship from a US warehouse within 1 to 2 business days and arrive in 3 to 5 business days. US shipping is $4.99, and orders of $30 or more ship free.
How do I track my order?
Every order ships with tracking. Use the link in your shipping confirmation email, or log in to your account to see the status.
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, free return shipping, full refund. If the tool does not lift the fur, send us a photo and we refund you.
Are the tools safe for cats and dogs?
Yes. Soft bristles and rubber heads, no chemicals, no batteries. Brush gently and stop if your pet is uncomfortable.
Which fabrics do they work on?
Couches, car seats, carpet, bedding and tight-weave clothes. Loose knits and fleece can pill, so test a corner first. Short hair lifts best with a slow, firm stroke in one direction.
Can I wash the tools?
Yes. Peel the fur off, rinse under warm water or wipe with a damp cloth, and air-dry. There are no refills to buy, ever.
